What counts as order value
Counted toward your tier
✅ Full-price product lines. The brochure price of each Avon product in the basket.
✅ Discounted product lines. Products already on campaign promotion count at their promotional price.
✅ Multiple product categories. Skincare, colour, fragrance, home- all count
✅ Bundle components. Each product inside a bundle contributes its own value.
Excluded from order value
❌ Free items. The "free" side of a Buy-1-Get-1 does not count toward order value.
❌ Delivery and fees. Shipping, handling and any admin fees are excluded.
❌ Third-party items. Non-Avon items included in an incentive do not count

Ways to maximise every order

Consolidate your customer orders: instead of one order per customer, wait to gather three or four and place them together

Time orders around campaign launches: placing your order in the first week of the campaign gives access to the newest items

Build a personal restock basket: keep 5 or 6 fast-moving Avon products on personal restock every campaign, especially when helping you to achieve next level of discount

Avon Rewards- FAQ's
Do my orders combine to reach a higher tier?
No — each order stands on its own. Two €100 orders each earn 15% off. One €200 order earns 25% off. If you want the higher rate, group them into one basket. That's usually the smarter move.
Does the discount apply to promotional products?
Yes. Promo-priced products count toward your basket total at their promo price, and your tier discount is applied on top. Free items in Buy-1-Get-1 offers don't count toward the threshold — only the paid item does.
Is there a minimum I have to order each month?
No. There's no monthly quota, no minimum activity requirement, and no penalty for not ordering. When you do order, the basket size decides the discount.
Should I split a big order into two?
Almost never. A single €400 order at RVP3 saves you 35%. The same €400 split into two €200 orders saves you 25% on each. You end up with less money in your pocket by splitting.
What happens if I return an item?
If the return drops your original basket below a threshold, your discount is recalculated at the lower rate and the difference is settled with your account. Your other orders are untouched — the model doesn't reach back across orders.
Do I need to apply for the discount or claim it back?
Neither. The discount is applied automatically at checkout the moment your basket crosses a threshold. You'll see it in the basket total before you pay.
