BRINGING NEW PEOPLE IN
Recruitment is not a pitch. Do a little, often, and follow up every time.
You are busy, so these are built to skim. Four short reads, one per job, plus your weekly rhythm. Each ends with one clear action. You do not need to read them in order, or all at once. Pick the job in front of you today.
Recruitment is not a pitch. Do a little, often, and follow up every time.
The first two weeks decide whether a new rep stays. Get them one small win, fast.
Spend your time where it moves the needle, coach by asking, and recognise often.

FOCUS 1 - RECRUIT
It is a conversation to see whether this could be right for someone. Do a little, often, and follow up every time.
The easiest people to talk to are the ones already buying from you. They are sold on the product, so you are only talking about the opportunity.
The Power of 3 keeps recruiting ticking over without eating your week: every day, add 3 names, message 3 people, follow up with 3. Fifteen minutes, done.
Sending your recruitment link is the start, not the job. A link on its own rarely converts. Send it, then follow up in person or by message.
Try this opener: "Hi Ana, I wanted to share something with you. What I do fits around everything else in my week, and I think you would be great at it. What are your plans this year? I would love to show you how it could work."

FOCUS 2 - ACTIVATE
The first two weeks decide whether a new rep stays. Your goal is simple: get them one small win, fast, before they lose momentum.
Have your welcome chat within about 48 hours of them joining. Keep it short, warm, and focused on them.
Confidence comes from doing, not from being told. Help with the first order before they place it, not after. One completed order teaches more than any guide.
Do this next: For every rep in their first 30 days, make sure you know two things: their why, and their next step. If you cannot name both, that is your next conversation

FOCUS 3- SUPPORT & RECOGNIZE
And you should not try. Spend your time where it moves the needle, coach by asking, and recognise often.
When the week is full, work down this order rather than treating everyone the same:
You do not need to have every answer. The best coaching is them telling you, not you telling them. Ask open questions, then listen.
Do this next: pick this month's top mover and recognise them where the team can see. Then pick one seller who is slipping and ask them one open question. Two messages, real impact.
YOUR RHYTM
A simple cadence, not a to-do list.
5 MINUTES- DAILY
Glance at your new reps tracker.Message anyone in their first 30 days who has gone quiet
30 MINUTES- WEEKLY
Share your recruitment link once. Follow up with anyone who seen your message but has not joined.
ONCE -MONTHLY

Terms and conditions apply. See individual offer pages for full details.
A NOTE FOR YOU
There is no layer between you and your team.
These three focus areas sit with you, and that is exactly why a light, steady rhythm beats trying to do everything at once. Recruit, activate, support — a little of each, every week.
