YOUR PERSONAL RECRUITMENT PAGE
Edit and share your PRP
Update the fields below and the changes appear instantly on your public page once you save the page.
Remember you can personalize as well your social media URL in your profile, and that is applied for all your other social media links (Digital Brochure or Shop)

Use your real first name
Trust starts with a real name and a friendly photo of yourself. Avoid nicknames or initials. People appoint to a person, not a logo.

Make it personal
What makes joining your team different/ One sentence about the kind of partner you are, why you love being a Sales Leader. What'll do for them in their first month.
Put your page where your prospects already are
Use the share buttons above to copy your link or send it directly. Then plant it everywhere your audience spends time.
AFTER THEY JOIN
Your job is onboarding them to VIP order value
Your only recruiting task is sharing your page well. Everything else is automated. The moment a new rep self-appoints, your focus shifts to onboarding.
The first 30 days decide whether they stay and grow. Use your My Team Overview for the new rep tracker, the first-order coaching playbook, and the trainer tips that get reps to higher order value within their first three campaigns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order
They open your PRP link, read the information about being an Avon Rep, and complete one short form (name, contact, address). The moment they submit, they land in your team automatically. No follow-up call from you is needed for the appointment itself.
Your job kicks in the next day: welcome them, set them up to place their first order, and start the onboarding playbook.
Yes. Your URL is set in your profile. Open your profile, edit the URL slug, save. It updates everywhere your link points to (Digital Brochure, Shop)
What works: your first name, or first name and city (e.g. /r/eva-praha). Short, easy to say out loud, easy to type. Avoid numbers, special characters, or generic words like "join" or "team" on their own.
Yes. Your PRP is a public Shopify page so search engines can index it. Three things help your ranking:
1. Page title. The page automatically uses your display name plus "Join my Avon team". Make sure your display name is your real name, not a nickname.
2. Headline and personal message. Keywords your prospects actually search for ("part-time income", "beauty business", your city name) help local discovery.
That said, most traffic to your PRP will come from direct shares, not search. Treat SEO as a bonus, not your main channel.
Two different pages, two different audiences.
Online shop: where customers buy products. Share with anyone interested in Avon products.
PRP: where prospects appoint to become reps in your team. Share with anyone curious about earning with Avon.
Both URLs are in your profile. Keep them separate in your social bio so the right people land on the right page.
Update your headline and personal message every campaign or two. Refresh keeps the page feeling current and gives you something new to share each time. Update your photo at least twice a year.
Tip: tie your headline to the time of year. "Start your beauty business before summer" reads differently to "New year, new income". Small changes, big difference to conversion.
They need internet to submit the form. Most event venues have phone signal or wifi. Open your PRP on your tablet or phone before the event so it loads fast, and bookmark it for one-tap access.
If signal is patchy, take their email, send them your PRP link by message while you're still chatting, and follow up the next day. Strike while interest is hot.
They show up in your My Team Overview as a registered rep without a first order. This is normal: a third of new reps need a nudge to place their first order.
The first 30 days are the critical window. Walk them through the brochure, help them list their first five customers from their warm network, and set a target date for their first order.
