What are Avon Points? (AP)
Every product at Avon has a single point value – we call them Avon Points (AP). It’s the single currency we use to measure your performance, and each product has one fixed AP across all Avon markets and across campaign no matter the price. You’ll see AP on every product page, order line, and campaign message, and the AP you collect determine your level, discounts, and the incentives you qualify for. This value will rarely change.
How you earn Avon Points (AP)
- Your own orders. Every order you place counts in full.
- Consumer orders via your link. When a customer buys through your referral link (Digital Brochure or Avon Shop), AP is credit to your account
- Direct deliveries you or Avon fulfil. Orders you personally deliver to consumers or fulfilled by Avon from your online selling, count fully towards your cumulative total.
*Fees, products you get for free and some 3rd party products will not generate Avon Points. You will see the value of the points in your cart.
How your level is set
We take the
best of your AP from the last quarter and your current AP for the quarter
accumulated so far. Whichever is higher determines your level for that quarter.

Avon Rewards are designed with how you actually sell in mind.
The Avon Rewards program rewards consistency, growth and ambition. The more Avon Points you accumulate per campaign, the more incentives you unlock and the faster you can be promoted and enjoy higher discounts.
Your level is determined quarterly using the best results of your past, current APs. New Representatives automatically start at the Silver level for the first three months, so you have immediate strength to build on.

What's AP and how do I get it?
AP stands for Avon Points. You earn AP for your own orders, for consumer orders placed through your referral link,. Each product has one fixed AP across all Avon markets and across campaign no matter the price. fees, third-party products, and "free" units earn zero AP. Returns and refunds automatically deduct AP.
I'm a new user. Why do I already have a 19% discount?
New sales representatives in our New Sales Representative Development Program (NRDP) automatically start at the Silver level with a Silver discount for three months from enrollment. If you exceed the higher threshold during this period, we will immediately promote you.
Can I lose a level?
The “best-of” rule is designed to protect you across quarters, but of course you may have periods of low or no sales and you can be demoted at the end of the quarter if you dind’t reach the number of Aps required. Don’t worry, If you manage to cumulate orders quickly you get get you level back almost instant you don’t need to way the quarter to end
How does the best-of rule actually work?
Each quarter, we compare three AP numbers: your last quarter, your current quarter, and any immediately qualified AP. Your level is set based on whichever of these numbers is highest, so a strong quarter protects you during quieter periods.
When will the level for next quarter be applied?
It can apply with your next order once this one is higher than the current one or at the beginng of the next quarter if it’s equal or lower to the current level you are.
When and how returns are counted in Avon reward?
Returns will reduce the number of APs in the current quarter of qualification. If you return products from previous quarters of qualification your level will not be affected but in the current quarter you will need to generate more Aps to cover for returns.
