Common questions
Not at all. You keep your personal customers, your online shop, and your commission. Leadership is an addition to your Rep business, not a replacement. You earn from your own sales and from your team.
It is as flexible as being a Rep. Some Leaders spend a few hours a week coaching their team, others make it a full-time focus. You decide how much time to invest based on the income you want to build.
There is no minimum team size to get started. You build at your own pace. But the more active Reps you have, the sooner you will achieve your qualifiers and start earning. We recommend aiming for your first 3 recruits in your first campaign as a leader.
You get access to dedicated leadership training modules including Team Activation Masterclass, Coaching New Reps to First Order, and Re-engaging Inactive Reps. You are also paired with an experienced mentor for your first campaign.
You earn a percentage on every order your team places. The more your team sells, the higher leadership tier you achieve and the more you earn. Bonuses are calculated per campaign and paid alongside your commission.
You can step back to a Rep-only role at any time. Your personal customers and commission are not affected. Leadership is an opportunity, not an obligation.
